Our engineering team is in charge of driving your components lighter and cheaper by different solutions such as combining stamping, fabricating, cold heading to replace casting, machining, powder metal and etc. We did quite successful jobs as below:
Fine blank gears to replace powder metal gears;
Combine stamping and machining to replace casting for motor’s end plate;
Combine deep drawing and riveting to replace casting and machining for the shell of controller.
We are glad to get involved in the beginning of the design or the continual improvement to light the components and lower the cost.
